Hi, I’m Tamsyn.

I spent 20 years in senior corporate leadership, burning out behind the scenes while helping others shine. I decided that wasn’t the only path to influence.

I learned firsthand the cost of outward success that comes at the expense of your soul so I walked away and changed my game. Now I help high-achieving leaders do the same; reclaim their purpose, reconnect to creativity, and lead from soul, not stress.

Through a blend of deep coaching, intuitive energetics, personal brand clarity, and soulful business strategy, my signature framework, The Lead Well Method, helps you shift from burnout to boldness, guiding you to rewrite the story of what your work is allowed to feel like.
