I Like, I Wish, I Wonder, What’s Next

Hello you.
It feels good to be writing again.

Back in August, I decided to press pause.

Not because I was falling behind, but because I was tired of the social media grind, the constant AI noise, and the (quite frankly) shit show that seems to be happening across the globe.

I felt really tired, deflated, and unsure of what I wanted to say, or how I wanted to say it anymore.

So I stopped.

When high-achieving women pause, the world often calls it weakness.
Rest. Hesitation. Confusion.
But we know better, don’t we.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is stop doing.

And create space to recharge and reflect.

One of my favourite reflective tools is deceptively simple:

I like...
I wish...
I wonder...
What’s next?

It’s not about judgement, or beating ourselves up.

It’s about honesty and gentle, courageous reflection on what’s working, and what could change. Or what you simply may just want to remove.

Here’s my reflection from this last month or so:

I like…
the woman I am becoming, slower, clearer, sharper, deeper.

I wish…
I had trusted the pause sooner. We teach what we most need to learn.

I wonder…
what’s possible when we stop building from fear and start building from truth.

What’s next?
Creating spaces for leaders who want to live and lead whole.
Not perform success but embody it.
Not chase power but become it.
Not climb a ladder but build a life.

If you’ve been waiting to step into your next chapter, stay close.

We’re going somewhere extraordinary. Let’s rebegin.

With love,
Tamsyn
